ORDERS AND DELIVERY

Once an order is placed, we will proceed to authorize the download of the digital key and digital goods to you. These downloads usually take no more than 5 minutes (within reason).

After purchase, you will automatically receive a ‘key/product’ which is to be redeemed on the purchase page of the official Site/Discord of the software provider. Please check your spam/junk folders in email, as well. The ‘key’ will come, in the email sent to you. After you have redeemed the key refresh the page. If you purchased within Discord, we will send you the key/product directly in the ticket that you opened."

There may be occasions where a product that is listed on the Site/Discord has been incorrectly listed (e.g. typographical error or system error). In such case, Ace Services hereby reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any and all products incorrectly listed. If your payment processing method has already been charged, Ace Services will cancel your order and issue a refund or credit to your payment processing account in the amount of the incorrect price.

REFUND POLICY

Users and customers are not allowed to make any sort of altercations to the price, the amount they paid, to the website/discord, our products, our files, or anything that belongs to our corporation. We have the right to refuse refunds, replacements, and other solutions should we deem it necessary. We are not responsible for anything that is not in our control, whether it be sharing payment information, our sponsors/partners, or competitors products. We are responsible for our own items and services. We do not issue refunds unless for specific circumstances, and only specific individuals can approve refunds. Otherwise, for certain products customers may be eligible for a replacement if it fits inside the warranty agreement time clause. Should you, the customer, send the bitcoin/Litecoin amount to the wrong wallet that does not belong to the company, we will not issue you a replacement, refund, or any other solution. User Generated Content License. You hereby grant Ace Services an unlimited, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, assignable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, for all the countries and territories through the world, right and license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such any content you may upload, disseminate, deliver, create or transfer any post, original audio file, message, chat, files uploaded, data inputted, e-mails sent, or otherwise any content delivered to Ace Services via the Site/Discord or the Services.

TERM, TERMINATION

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Ace Services cannot be responsible for virtual items or digital goods which may result corrupted, formatted, made inaccessible or even deleted, through causes that include, but are not limited to, game drops, lags, rollbacks, patches, or transferring them by yourself.

When buying virtual items and digital goods from us especially license keys you agree that you are buying a software license that can stop being updated if the owners of that software are stopping any updates. In this case you will not be able to refund any of your purchase as you have already redeemed the keys and used the software. The key you are buying from Ace Services is therefore valid for the lifetime of the software, no refunds are possible if the software stops updating or disable its services

If anything happens to your account after the key has been redeemed we are not responsible (example: Getting banned for any reason or getting your account deleted). For these kind of events you won’t be able to refund and will have to solve this problem with the software owner.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Ace Services, or its affiliates’, clients’, licensors’ and/or distributors’ liability for all damages (except as required by applicable law) exceed the amount of USD$50.00 (Fifty United States Dollars); and henceforth any award for direct, provable damages shall not exceed such total amount.

These Terms provide you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Legislation of some states/countries does not allow certain limitations of liability, and henceforth this limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

INDEMNIFICATION

Force Majeure: Ace Services shall not liable for any failure of performance on its obligations as set forth herein, where such failure arises from any cause beyond Ace Services reasonable control, including but not limiting to, electronic, power, mechanic or Internet failure.
