In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for replacements or refunds.

Engaging in excessive boosting or violating community standards can increase your chances of account issues. Always proceed with caution and monitor your account's status regularly. ⚠️Why does my anti-virus detect the software as a virus?
This is because of how the software interacts with your game. All products sold on our website are safe and do not contain any malicious code that could harm your machine.
⌛How long does it take to receive my purchase?
After purchase, you will automatically receive a ‘key/product’ which is to be redeemed on the purchase page of the official site of the software provider. Please check your spam/junk folders in email, as well. The ‘key’ will come in the email sent to you. After you have redeemed the key, refresh the page.
If you purchased within Discord, we will send you the key/item directly in the ticket that you opened. There can be a small delay when using cryptocurrencies.

Charging back will result in a permanent ban from all of our services as well as the revocation of all of your license keys. You will also be marked as a scammer and your information will be recorded to prevent any future attempts to deceive the company
